If you’re looking for a high protein, but low calorie sweet treat… HERE YOU GO! This has the consistency of ice cream, but it’s actually… good for you?!?! A dream. Here’s what you need:

Supplies:

  • Ninja Creami
  • Food Scale (I love this one!)

Ingredients:

  • 300 mL Almond “Malk” (or Almond milk… or any milk of your choice!)
  • 10 grams Any Flavor Sugar Free Jello (today I used butterscotch)
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (I used this one from 1Up Nutrition)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together inside the provided Ninja Creami container. I like to give it a goooood shake.
  2. Place container in the freezer overnight, or until completely frozen.
  3. When ready, please container in your Ninja Creami and select the “Ice Cream” setting.
  4. DONE!!!!
